Mr. Kasparek joined The Lynd Company in December 2002 as the
CFO. Mr. Kasparek was previously with Arthur Andersen as an
Audit Manager and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the
state of Texas. Mr. Kasparek graduated from Trinity
University in San Antonio, Texas with a B.S. in Business
Administration with concentrations in both Accounting and Finance
and a minor in Economics.
